Sharing “Real World” Ideas with The Social Media Professor’s MBA Class at Chapman University

I recently had the pleasure of sharing “real world” social media business stories with the MBA class of Professor Niklas Myhr at Chapman University. Professor Myhr is doing amazing things at Chapman and sharing a highly educated global view of social and digital with his students.

We talked about using social media to expand your brand from local to global and also engaged in extensive Q&A. Many of the approaches we chatted about I share weekly at LegalMinds.lawyer, my social media and digital mastermind for professionals.

What really struck me, in a good way, was how this room full of millennial MBA students viewed some social media platforms through a slightly different lens than the well-known “experts” we normally hear from. Their feedback had huge value and will result in me making several changes on how I’ll be engaging my audience on the digital platforms.

When all said and done, I’m always impressed with students I meet at #Chapman. Without exception, I walk away each year (it’s my third year of guest lecturing) knowing that our business community and country are in very good hands.

Thank you Professor Myhr (below). You are a true social media #RockStar!

BTW, want me to share my “real world” experiences with your class or from your stage? It’s something I really enjoy doing. Learn more at my speaking page 😉
