Thank you for the kind words my friend.
“Mitch Jackson is hands down one of my favorite people in the industry. I first met Mitch in 2014 when he attended my event Social Media Day San Diego. I knew Mitch from afar and had always respected his approach and expertise in the digital space. Since then, we’ve developed a solid friendship, and I consider him one of the most respected thought-leaders in our industry. So much so, Mitch is one of the people I turn to speak at my events on digital marketing, strategy, and of course, anything legal with digital marketing.” -Tyler Anderson

2020 has been a tough year for all of us. One of the biggest take-a-ways we hear from lawyers worldwide is how much they now appreciate the importance of the cloud, live video, and social media to build and run a practice.
These kind words just arrived. Thank you, Charles!
“Lying in the hospital with 12 broken bones, resulting from being hit by a car while riding my bicycle, the last thing on my mind was the importance of legal representation. But I soon realized it was essential and that time was of the essence to get that done…
Although most of you know me here as “The Streaming Lawyer,” what you may not know is that I’m also one of the senior partners at the California law firm of Jackson & Wilson, Inc. Most of the cases we help people with involved serious wrongful injury and death. We just wrapped up a case for one of our favorite clients, and here’s his testimonial. There’s no better way to start the week than to share this with you!
New Testimonial from Ken P.
“I had the pleasure of meeting Mitch back in 2004 in the first of three accidents (even though there is no such a thing as an ‘accident’, if you know what I mean?). He has made miraculous history with me ever since. I might add that none of the incidents were my fault, which I’m sure helps, but without Mitch, I do NOT want to even think what would have NOT have happened!
Mitch has always been inspirational, honest, dependable, and always made me feel like, without question, he had my back. He didn’t always say what I wanted to hear (he was brutally honest), but he was always…and I mean always, was there for me when I needed him the most. My FAITH has always kept me going with a good attitude, but his advice and actions showed me that I could trust Mitch with my life…and I cannot say that about too many lawyers!
This recent incident really tested everything about me…spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and of course financially. Yep! I still hurt every day from chronic pain, and yet I know that I still have a lot to be thankful for like GOD, faith, hope, love, and last but not least, Mitch Jackson. What a decent human being and a lawyer too (go figure)! We need more people like Mitch on this earth, and I thank GOD every day that Mitch became a part of my life.
Mitch has become a true friend, and I just hope and pray that I can continue to be honored with such a friendship. Friendships are few and far between, and when recognized, they must be treated with the greatest respect and love possible. As John C. Maxwell said in his book, ‘everyone communicates, but few connect’. Mitch! We connected, and I never want to give that up!
Respectfully and Forever Appreciative with Love,
P.S. Remember to make each day the masterpiece it’s supposed to be!”
Thanks Ken. Together with my entire team, we’re always here for you!

He’s also the chairman of VaynerX, a modern-day media and communications holding company and the active CEO of VaynerMedia, a full-service 1,000 employee advertising agency servicing Fortune 100 clients across the company’s 4 locations.
I really enjoyed chatting with Gary about how lawyers and other professionals can use social media to build relationships, show their human side and communicate more effectively. Here’s the written transcript. Enjoy!
[quick note- after this interview and over the next several years, we did a few more live videos together. When my book came out, Gary was kind enough to tweet it out to his audience of 1.8M on Twitter. Now that’s what I call “social equity” 😉
Mitch: Hey, Gary. Thanks for joining us today. I really appreciate it. Before we get into our podcast and talk about professionals communicating on and offline in today’s fast-paced, short attention span world, I want to take you back to Monday night; Piers Morgan on CNN. I found that to be a fascinating dynamic, with respect to how everybody was communicating during the show. We had Coach Stan Van Gundy; big teddy bear, nice guy, easy-going; didn’t want to hurt anybody’s feelings. We have Abby Huntsman, who is very professional in what she had to say. We had Donnie Deutsch, who was the moderator of the group. Then we had Faith Salie, who was shouting out loud to get her point made to everybody else on the panel. What’s your takeaway with how that went down Monday night?
Gary: It was a new format for everybody, and it was the first time we were all together. The marching orders were, “Let’s keep it very fast-paced. Once Donny throws it to somebody, somebody else jump in,” which immediately creates a scenario of; how do you really get in there while somebody’s talking, knowing that the whole segment is 40 minutes? You have to understand the context of the execution of the content. I think everybody played to their personalities. I’m a chameleon, so I kind of responded to what my role was going to be within that group. I’m “Common Sense Sam;” that’s kind of my thing, so I kind of went there. I think everybody’s personalities probably shined through. I think that first of all, off-camera, you couldn’t imagine how good the chemistry was. Even though we may not agree, there was tremendous respect, and actually, admiration alike. [inaudible: 01:42] the third commercial break, I’m like, “We’re a little family already.” It was pretty cool. Continue reading “Gary Vaynerchuk Interview with Mitch Jackson”
“He’s an award-winning California trial lawyer who approaches Social Media about the most perfect way I’ve ever seen — in a way that I can only describe as the very embodiment of The Go-Giver Way. And his results, both in revenue and friendships have been beyond notable.” – Bob Burg (author of the Go-Giver series of books)
